“Freedom is not granted. It is claimed.”
Most people who defend law enforcement believe they’re necessary for a functioning society. But that belief demands accepting perpetual, institutionalized tyranny disguised as public service — doled out by state-sponsored enforcers. These agents do not prevent chaos; they enable it, hiding behind badges, laws, and blind obedience.
We have a choice:
This isn’t about isolated incidents. From Rodney King to George Floyd, the system shows its true face. Enforcers are not brave guardians — they’re tools of state violence. They obey orders, not conscience. No “good person” cages the innocent, defends bad laws, or chooses a paycheck over morality.
If you wear the badge, you enforce it all — not just what you agree with. And that makes you a weapon, not a hero.
“Who will protect us without cops?” you ask.
Answer: Ourselves.
Cops arrive too late. They rarely prevent harm. More often, they are the harm. A gun in your hand is better than a cop on the phone.
Worse — if you defend yourself, they might cage you for it.
The State has always used fear to justify its power:
But ask yourself this: Why do you feel dread when a cop is behind you in traffic? If they were protectors, you would feel safe — not afraid.
They are not your safety. They are your chains.
Freedom is not a place. It’s not granted by votes or constitutions.
It is a mindset. It is yours to claim — or surrender.
“Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.” — Benjamin Franklin
